Our Mission

Our mission is to advocate for the fundamental right of children to maintain strong, meaningful relationships with their fathers, particularly in the context of divorce and child custody situations. We conduct rigorous research, policy analysis, and outreach to illuminate the critical role fathers play in their children's lives and to address systemic barriers that hinder this relationship. Through our efforts, we aim to ensure that child custody decisions are made with the best interests of the child at heart, recognizing the irreplaceable value of a father's love, guidance, and involvement. By providing resources, support, and advocacy for affected families, we strive to uphold the principle that every child deserves the love and care of both parents, regardless of their marital status. Our vision is a society where the bonds between fathers and their children are supported, protected, and celebrated, ensuring a brighter future for all children.

Volunteer Requirements

• Attorneys: Licensed practitioners in Sweden, the EU, or the US, with expertise in the Hague Convention and family law.
• Legal Scholars: Individuals versed in international custody laws and eager to contribute pro bono.
• Research Specialists: Graduate students (Master's or Ph.D.) capable of comprehensive policy and case analysis.
• Custody Experience: Individuals with firsthand involvement in international custody disputes to provide valuable perspective.
