Inte Ensam's Personal Data Policy

Inte Ensam protects personal privacy and strives to always have a high level of protection for the personal data we process in our business. In this personal data policy, we specify what personal data we process, why we process it, what our legal basis for the processing is and how long we store data. The personal data policy is broken down by the categories of natural persons whose personal data we process in our business: students, donors, clients, and other legal applicants in our case business, journalists, persons in recruitment processes, subscribers to newsletters and other cases – all to make it as easy as possible for you to understand how we handle your personal data.

Our Data Policy

Inte Ensam is responsible for personal data

Inte Ensam, a fundraising foundation, registered with the County Administrative Board in Stockholm with org. No. 802412-0000, Askrikegatan 13, 115 57 Stockholm, is responsible for personal data for the processing of the personal data that we process in the business. Processing of your personal data as a gift provider

Inte Ensam's activities depend on the gifts and contributions of individuals. We are therefore very grateful for all the gifts we receive – big and small. When we receive a gift from you, we need to process certain personal information. The personal information we process depends on the way you submit the gift:

  • If you give a gift via Swish or via SMS, we will process your name and telephone number, amount paid and the time and method of payment.
  • If you give a gift via bank, plus giro or bank transfer, we will process your name, contact details (if you choose to provide this information) as well as the amount paid and the method of payment.
  • If you give a gift through the waiver of the dividend, we will process the personal information provided by you and our bank about the transfer as well as the amount paid and the method of payment.

Your information is needed for us to receive, administer, and report your gift, to assess the foundation's financial position and needs and to ensure that the gift is consistent with the foundation's purpose and values and that it cannot jeopardize the foundation's independence. The treatment is based on your and our interest in receiving the gift and, where applicable, on the need to fulfill a gift agreement to the foundation.

We store your personal data during the time you have undertaken to make payments to us or as long as it is necessary for the foundation to be able to fulfill its legal obligations regarding, for example, accounting and accounting. With the aid of a balance of interests, we may also save the information as long as it is necessary to (a) ensure and verify that gifts are consistent with the foundation's purpose and values and that they cannot jeopardize the independence of the foundation, and (b) maintain an internal register of historical gifts, which have or have had an explicit commitment to give gifts for a certain period of time, to be able to eat additional funds if needed.

Processing of your personal data as a client

If we agree that Inte Ensam will run your case, we will process your personal information such as names, contact details, photographs, and mobile media as well as other personal information in order to administer and operate the case, form opinion and tell about Inte Ensam's activities and purposes.

We process your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you, to secure and show the foundation's independence and to exercise the foundation's right in the event of any legal claims.

The treatment is based on your consent, that it is necessary for us to fulfill our agreement with you and with the support of our interest in exercising the foundation's right in the event of any legal claims. With regard to the use of photographs and mobile media, this is done with the consent you give in connection with our agreement that the foundation will run your case. You can revoke your consent at any time by emailing us at info@inte-ensam.com.

Processing of your personal data for newsletters

If you have participated in the Inte Ensam Student Program or at any event we have organized, is or has been a donor or otherwise shown interest in Inte Ensam's activities, we may process personal data such as name, address and email address to send you newsletters and other information about our business. The treatment is supported by the interest in keeping you updated on our business.

We will save the information until you notify us that you no longer want any mailings from us. You can unsubscribe from the mailing by contacting us at info@inte-ensam or by unsubscribing via the link in the newsletter. We will then delete your personal information, but will not be able to send you newsletters or other information.

Processing of your personal data in other cases

Phone calls, letters or emails from you to Inte Ensam If you speak a voice message or contact the foundation or employees of the foundation by mail or email, it means that we need to process the personal information you enter in the call/the letter such as your name and your contact details. By contacting us you agree to that treatment. You can always withdraw your consent by contacting us at info@inte-ensam.com. We will then delete your personal information but will not be able to answer your question or process your case.

We will only process your personal data until we have handled your case / question, or for a maximum of one year from the end of the case. The archiving takes place for administrative reasons and for us to be able to make accurate assessments and analyzes of various problem areas in accordance with our mission and interest in reviewing authorities and informing individuals about their rights.
